Verizon is rolling out a nice little update (not to Android 4.3) to the Galaxy S4. The build number is VRUDMI1, and the update adds Samsung’s Optical Reader application, which allows users to find contacts, addresses, and business cards with “real-time recognition,” and also includes updates to a number of Samsung apps including WatchON, Air View, Samsung Hub, S Health, and more.
